Public holidays and school holidays
On 5, 24 and 31 December, the museum is open until 4pm.
Open: Easter Sunday and Boxing Day, Liberation Day, Ascension Day, Whit Monday and Boxing Day.
Closed: Christmas Day, New Year's Day and King's Day.

Heritage Day
In 2026 zal Open Monumentendag plaatsvinden op 12 en 13 september. Het Mondriaanhuis is op zaterdag 12 september voor iedereen gratis te bezoeken. Let op: zondag 13 september geldt het reguliere tarief.
Museum card
The Museumkaart is available at the Mondrian House box office. A Museumkaart gives you unlimited access to 400 museums for a year. The purchase price is €75 for adults. The price for under-18s is €39. You can also use the Museumkaart ordering online.
Guided tours
The Mondrian House offers interactive and varied guided tours. Participants actively take part: looking at works of art, discussing them and asking questions. In this way, they enter into a dialogue with each other and with art. If desired, the programme can be tailored to the needs of the group.

Free boarding tours
The Mondrian House offers a free entry tour every two weeks on Thursdays (in the even weeks). An experienced guide will then lead you through the exhibition on Mondrian's life and work. The boarding tour starts at 2pm and is free with museum admission. Reservations are not necessary, but arrive on time, because full = full.
Introduction to Mondrian
For groups, the Mondrian House offers the possibility of a short introduction to the life and work of Piet Mondrian. After this mini-lecture by a museum staff member, you will visit the museum's exhibition on your own. More information and booking.
