Creative painting workshop for children at the Mondrian House's DIY studio.
Under the motto 'abstracting is something you can learn', in this workshop you will discover for yourself what abstract art is and how to make an abstract painting. Like the painter Mondrian, you will create an abstract tree. The starting point will be photos of real trees. Using examples and under the guidance of the museum teacher, we will transform these realistic trees step by step into real abstract works of art.
