Come to the Mondrian House during the summer holidays. And just like Piet Mondrian, go and create your own work of art with a big dose of guts!
During this workshop, photographs will be taken that the Mondrian House can use for promotional purposes. So if you enjoy getting a nice photo of yourself, come along too.
In this workshop, children are inspired by the theme of 'guts': During his career, Piet painted a variety of subjects in a variety of styles, from figurative landscapes, flowers and portraits to the well-known abstract compositions with primary colours. He was not lacking in daring and certainly dared to 'colour outside the lines'. Do you dare that too?
Using different materials (paint, but also tape, paper and sand), children can experiment on a painting canvas. What it becomes they get to decide for themselves. Totally in the spirit of Piet!
