Have you been inspired by Mondrian? Create your own work of art in the DIY studio
Due to the measures around the coronavirus, there are no activities in the DIY workshop for the time being.
Conclude your visit to the Mondrian House in the DIY studio and create your own work of art. There are assignments in the studio that you can do independently, but of course you can also think up something yourself. You can also have fun on the Lego wall or the sensor organ.
The Sensorgan (pictured above) is an interactive light instrument that requires you to use multiple senses. 'Sens' stands for 'senses', the English word for senses: touch, sight, hearing, taste and smell. And 'organ' is English for organ. Play the Sensorgan by moving your hands over the surfaces and see what happens!
There are also regular guided workshops for families and children at the studio on Sunday afternoons (and also on Wednesdays during school holidays). For example Victory Boogiewoogie or Painting Mondrian tableware. View the current offer via To Do.
Special programmes and tailor-made packages are available for schools and groups.
